This Agreement is entered into between Hirebee (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") and the Candidate (hereinafter referred to as "the Client").

The Company agrees to provide job placement assistance based on the selected package level. The commitments for each tier are as follows:

• Tier 1 (₹50,000): Provision of 3 scheduled interviews within 90 days.
• Tier 2 (₹1,00,000): Provision of 8 scheduled interviews within 90 days.
• Tier 3 (₹2,00,000): 100% Placement in a Startup within 90 days + 1-year job commitment.
• Tier 4 (₹3,00,000): 100% Placement in an MNC within 90 days.
• Tier 5 (₹5,00,000): 100% Placement in an MNC + 2-year job guarantee.

To ensure the success of the placement process, the Client agrees to:

• Provide accurate and verified educational and professional documents.
• Attend all scheduled interviews punctually.
• Maintain professional conduct during all interactions with prospective employers.

The Company guarantees the deliverables defined in Section 1. If the Company fails to meet the specific commitments of the chosen package within 90 days from the date of signing, the Client is entitled to a full refund of the service fee, provided that:

• The Client has attended at least 90% of the interviews scheduled by the Company.
• The Client has not rejected a valid job offer that meets the criteria of their selected package.
• The refund request is submitted in writing within 7 days following the 90-day period.

This agreement shall terminate automatically upon successful placement or the expiration of the 90-day service period.
